Infrared Thermal Imaging
Infrared thermal imaging is included with all of our home inspections. This technique uses an infrared camera to take images showing the heat signatures of various locations in your home. By using these images, we can detect many problems that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Radon Gas Testing
Prolonged exposure to high-levels of radon is the 2nd leading cause of cancer. Radon is odorless and undetectable by human senses. Though radon is present in every home, the only way to determine the actual levels is through radon gas testing.
